Trump’s $355 Million Fine
The sneaker launch came just after Trump was ordered to pay a fine of $355 million by a New York judge for inflating his net worth and misleading bankers.
Trump Accuses Judge of Attacking America
Trump described the legal charges as not just an attack on him but also “an attack on the American people,” at a crowd in Michigan, who he spoke to shortly after the sneaker release.
Gold High-Tops Take Centre Stage
The Trump-branded sneakers are golden high-tops with the American flag patterned on to the side and a big “T” for Trump.
“Greatest Sneaker Show on Earth”
The popular sneaker event in Pennsylvania describes itself as “The Greatest Sneaker Show on Earth” and was the platform for Trump’s surprise sneaker unveiling.
Boos and Cheers Greet Trump
Met with a mix of loud boos and cheers at the Philadelphia Convention Center, Trump faced both supporters and detractors as he unveiled the gold “Never Surrender High-Tops.”
Crowd Shows Support Signs
In the crowd, there were signs that read “SNEAKERHEADS LOVE TRUMP,” along with “USA” chants that showed Trump’s support is large in the city of Philadelphia despite the legal cases against him.

The distinctive shoes, which do not represent Trump’s individual clothing style, are priced at $399 and are part of a broader collection, including Trump-branded cologne and perfume.
$99 Cologne Released
The bottle of cologne, titled “Victory 47” will setback the average Trump supporter $99, along with the “Never Surrender” shoes for $399.
Trump’s Hopes For Big Success
“This is something I’ve been talking about for 12 years, 13 years,” Trump said before admitting, “I think it’s gonna be a big success.”
Trump’s Defamation Case
A separate legal case didn’t go in Trump’s favor, as he was also ordered to pay $83 million dollars for defamation by writer E. Jean Carroll.
Adding to Trump’s Legal Woes
Jean Carroll accused Trump of sexual assault and added to the combined total of $438 million that he’s so far racked up in legal fees.
Trump Has The Money to Last
Although the legal fees would be enough to ruin most high-profile figures financially, Carroll’s lawyer admitted, “A billionaire like Donald Trump could pay a million dollars a day for 10 years and still have money left in the bank.”
Trump Praises Supporters
“Your influences have been very positive,” Trump told the crowd at the event, “They’ve been real influences and they love it and they love what we’ve done.”
Trump Trading Card Venture
Trump also released trading cards that depicted his image as a cartoon-like figure dressed as different professions, reportedly making up to $1 million worth of sales.
